The Partners of Twin River have experience owning and operating blueberry farms in Hood River, Oregon and San Pedro, Argentina, which cater to their respective local markets. From their relationship, the seed of our distribution program was planted as a simple idea in 2012: to import blueberries from Argentina for prolonged availability in the states.
In 2012 we shipped our first 22 pallets of blueberries from Argentina into the US. Today we proudly represent a diverse selection of organic and conventional farms around the world and ship their premium quality, nutritious produce to customers everywhere 52 weeks of the year. By extending our offerings and importing year-round, we can support families everywhere with access to the delicious food that everyone deserves. Fresh fruit is a key element to a healthy lifestyle, and increasing that availability has only positive effects.
Once upon a time, eaters only had access to what was grown locally. With the wonders of global distribution, we can now play a role in eliminating food deserts by sending the fruit we care about to the areas that need it most. By providing excellent produce and supporting the communities that helped create it, we work every day to make our mission a reality.
